Our story

Founded on the belief that great products are built by small, senior teams

Meridian started in 2012 as three friends in a borrowed Mission District loft, taking on projects too interesting to turn down. The idea was simple: no account managers, no hand-offs, no layers between the people who make decisions and the people who make things.

That structure never changed. Today we're a team of fourteen across design, engineering, and strategy — and the people you meet on the first call are the people who build your product. It's why our clients stay for years, and why 97% of our work comes from referrals and returning partners.

We've shipped more than 120 products for companies from two-person startups to publicly traded enterprises. The work changes; the approach doesn't: listen hard, design deliberately, build carefully, and ship things that last.
